Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Supply of full ordered quantity should be completed by 14 days from the placement of purchase order. However due to COVID-19 pandemic, you are hereby requested kindly to complete the supply within the best possible time.

  • Payment will be made within best possible time from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details and batch wise test reports.
  • Rates of Drugs should not be more than rates approved by GOI(NPPA). If rates are more than NPPA approved rates, then excess amount will be recovered from the manufacturer.
  • All other Terms & Conditions as specified in the TENDER NO:  NHM-18013/2/2020-PROC-NHM/ECF-145501/23-P, Date:-08.09.2020 shall be applicable.
