Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

* 2,50,000  tests to be supplied by 7 days from the placement of order. However you are requested to supply as early as possible.

  * Payment will be made within best possible time from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details.

 * If a supplier fails to execute successive order within the stipulated time frame, in full, there will be an

 additional time of 7 days and after that the supply order will stand cancelled and that firm will be liable to debarred for the particular product, for a period of 6 months in NHM, Assam tender.

 *Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guwahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
