Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • 10,000 vial's to be completed by 7 day's from the placement of supply order , another 10,000 vial's to be completed by next 10 day's and remaining 10,000 vial's to be completed by next 10 day's from the placement of order. However you are requested to complete the supply within best possible time.

  • Payment will be made within best possible time from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
