Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • 3000 numbers of PPE Kit (Coverall) strictly as per specification above, should be supplied by 7 days  from the placement of supply order . No additional time will be given and on non completion of ordered item as per specification and within 7 days will result cancelation of P.O automatically. 

  • On successful completion of order quantity within stipulated time as per prescribed specification, repeat order may be placed.

  • Payment will be made within best possible time from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guwahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
