Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • 5000 numbers of PPE Kit (Coverall) strictly as per specification above,50% quantity to be supplied by 3 days  from the placement of supply order and another 50% by another 3day's. No additional time will be given and on non completion of orderd item as per specification and within stipulated time will result in cancelation of P.O automaticaly. 

  • On succesfull completion of order quqntitty within stipulated time as per prescribed specification, repeat order may be placed,as per approval of the authority.

  • Payment will be made on receipt and acceptance of materials as per specification at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guwahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
