Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • 20,00,000 numbers of tablets should be supplied by 7 days from the placement of supply order . However due to COVID-19 pandemic, you are hereby requested kindly to complete the supply within the best possible time.

  • Payment will be made within best possible time from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details.

  • The supply should preferably in Generic name but in view of emergency requirement in the field, brand name will also be accepted but the MRP should be stroked out from the pack to be supplied. For imported product the MRP may be kept as per the Import schedule.

  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
