Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Supply should be completed within 10  Days from the issue of the P.O. due to COIVD-19 Emergency.
  • Payment will be released on satisfactory completion of supply of entire ordered quantities and against submission of bills and challan bearing stock entry details.
  • The Supplier shall have to furnish “Security Deposit” @ 5% of the total order value in the form of “Bank Guarantee” of a scheduled Indian Bank in favour of “State Health Society, Assam” valid for a period of 3 yearsfrom the date of the order.
  • All other Terms & Conditions incorporated in the Tender no.: DME/MICRO/232/207/PT/3390 DTD.04/03/2019 shall be applicable.
