Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Supply Should be completed within  10 days from the issue of this P.O. due to COVID-19 Emergency

  • Full payment shall be made after completion of supply and installation of the entire ordered quantity and against submission of bills and receipted challans.

  • The Supplier shall have to furnish “Security Deposit” @ 5% of the total order value in the form of “Bank Guarantee” of a scheduled Indian Bank in favour of “State Health Society, Assam” valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue of the order.
  • All other Terms & Conditions incorporated in the Tender no.: DME/MICRO/232/207/PT/3390 DTD.04/03/2019
