Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -
- Supply of 2,00,000 qty should be completed by 7 days from the date of placement of order as per tender condition & declaration submitted by your company in tender. Rest 1,60,000 to be completed by next 7 days. However you are requested to complete the supply within best possible time.
- Payment will be made from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry certification.
- If you will fail to execute successive order within the stipulated time frame, in full, there will be an additional time of 7 days and after that the supply order will stand cancelled and that firm will be liable to be debarred for the particular product, for a period of 6 months in NHM, Assam tender.
- Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
- All other Terms & Conditions as specified in the TENDER NO: NHM-18018/4/2020-PROC-NHM/ECF- 139590/841, Date : 19.04.2021 shall be applicable.
