Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Supply of full ordered quantity should be completed by 14 days from the placement of purchase order. However due to COVID-19 pandemic, you are hereby requested kindly to complete the supply within the best possible time.

  • Payment will be made within best possible time from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details.
  • The supply should preferably in Generic name but in view of emergency requirement in the field, brand name will also be accepted but the MRP should be stroked out from the pack to be supplied. For imported product the MRP may be kept as per the Import schedule.
  • All other Terms & Conditions as specified in the TENDER NO:  NHM-18013/2/2020-PROC-NHM/ECF-143517/P-20, Date:- 11.08.2020 shall be applicable.
