With reference to above, we are pleased to place this order for supply of Inj. Remdesivir 100mg  as per “DETAILS OF ITEMS & PRICES” and “TERMS & CONDITIONS” stated herein below:

Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

• In view of global scarcity, you are hereby allowed to complete the supply of 7500 vials by 15 day's from the placement of order and supply of rest 7500 vials to be completed by next 15 day's.

• Payment will be made within best possible time from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details.

• The supply should preferably in Generic name but in view of emergency requirement in the field, brand name will also be accepted but the MRP should be stroked out from the pack to be supplied. For imported product the MRP may be kept as per the Import schedule.

• Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.

• All other Terms & Conditions as specified in the TENDER NO:  NHM-18011/18/2020-PROC-NHM/ECF-143910/P-102, Date: 09.10.2020
