Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -
- Minimum 30% ordered quantity should be completed by 1st 7 days from the date of placement of order, whereas rest 30% quantity is to be completed within 10 days from the date of placement of order & remaining 40% quantity is to be completed within 21 days from the date of placement of order. However you are requested to supply as early as possible.
- Payment will be made within best possible time from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details.
- If a supplier fails to execute successive order within the stipulated time frame, in full, there will be an additional time of 7 days and after that the supply order will stand cancelled and that firm will be liable to debarred for the particular product, for a period of 6 months in NHM, Assam tender.
- Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
- All other Terms & Conditions as specified in the TENDER NO: NHM-18018/4/2020-PROC-NHM/ECF-140220 /25818, Date: 11.01.2021 shall be applicable.
