Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -
- Supplier have to supply the ordered "Plastic Hand Gloves" to DDWH's located at different districts of the state of Assam as per the Annexure-A enclosed with the supply order .
- DELIVERY PERIOD : In view of ensuing "ASSAM ELECTION", you are hereby informing to complete the supply within 7 days from the date of placement of order. But delay penalty will be as per tender condition. Supplier also needs to communicate officially to the designated Officials of the District/Regional/Central/Medical College ware houses before 3 days prior to commencement of delivery of ordered surgical gloves.
- ROAD PERMIT : Arrangement of Road Permits/Way Bill for dispatch of consignments shall be the responsibility of the manufacture/importer only.
- PAYMENT PROVISIONS : Payment will be made within best possible time, preferably within 30 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details from the delivery destination.
- All other Terms & Conditions as specified in the TENDER NO: NHM/18017/3/2021-PROC-NHM/ECF: 159454/183-P, Date: 10.02.2021 shall be applicable.
