Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -
- 25,000 PPE Kits to be supplied by 7 days from the date of issue of the purchase order. However you are requested to supply as early as possible.
- Payment will be made within best possible time from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
- Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
