With reference to above, we are pleased to place this order for supply of Injection Remdesivir 100 mg as per “DETAILS OF ITEMS & PRICES” and “TERMS & CONDITIONS” stated herein below:

Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

• Full ordered quantity of  Inj. Remdesivir 100 mg should by supplied by 3 days from the placement of order. However you are requested to supply as early as possible.

• Payment will be made within best possible time from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details.

• If a supplier fails to execute successive order within the stipulated time frame, in full, there will be an additional time of 7 days and after that the supply order will stand cancelled and that firm will be liable to debarred for the particular product, for a period of 6 months in NHM, Assam tender.

• The supply should preferably in Generic name but in view of emergency requirement in the field, brand name will also be accepted but the MRP should be stroked out from the pack to be supplied. For imported product the MRP may be kept as per the Import schedule.

• Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.

• All other Terms & Conditions as specified in the TENDER NO:  NHM-18013/2/2018-PROC-NHM/ECF-143910/3-P, Date:- 07.08.2020 shall be applicable.
