Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -
- Manufacturer is requested to complete the supply of ordered quantity of Mattress by 5 days from the issue of the P.O. However late delivery penalty will be calculated as per tender condition.
- Payment will be made within 30 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
- Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.

- All other Terms & Conditions as specified in the TENDER NO: NHM/PROC/RC-DRUGS/ECL-LIL/3407/2017-18/18012,Date:-23.09.2017 & Corregendum No.NHM/PROC/RC-DRUGS/ECL-LIL/3407/2017-18 /20741,Date:-27.10.2017 shall be applicable.
