Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Full quantities of ordered test kit should be supplied by 3 days from the placement of the order. However you are requested to supply as early as possible.

  • If price of the ordered test kit is drop down in all India level(Including ICMR), that will be applicable for NHM,Assam also.

  • Payment will be made within 15 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority. 
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
