  • Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • 50% of the ordered quantity should by supplied by 3 days and supply of rest quantity should be completed next 3 days from the placement of order. However you are requested to supply as early as possible.
  • Payment will be made within 30 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority. Batch wise NABL Test report should also be submitted along with the invoice.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
