Terms & Conditions: -
1. The total order value will be Rs.13,454,000.00
2.Supply Should be completed immediately after the issue of this P.O.
3.Payment terms will be 100% within 30 days from date of receipt and acceptance. Full payment shall be made after successful completion of supply and installation of the entire ordered quantity and against submission of bills and receipted challans.
4.The Supplier shall have to furnish “Security Deposit” @ 5% of the total order value in the form of “Bank Guarantee” of a scheduled Indian Bank in favour of “State Health Society, Assam” valid for a period of 1 year from the date of the order. However, if you fail to execute the order or to perform the services as per agreement, in addition to other penal actions, the bank guarantee shall be encashed and the amount forfeited.
5. All other Terms & Conditions as specified in the above reference : Enquiry No. AIIMS/Pat/PC/2019-20/F-28597 shall be applicable
