Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • 10,000 Test to be supplied by 5 days from the date of issue of the Purchase Order and rest 10,000 Kits to be supplied by next 5 days . However you are requested to supply as early as possible.
  • Payment will be made within 14 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.

  • All other Terms & Conditions as specified in the TENDER NO:  NHM-18018/4/2020-PROC-NHM/ECF-139590-23-P,Date:-01.05.2020 shall be applicable.
