Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -
- Ordered quantities of items to be supplied by 3 days from the date of issue of the Purchase Order . However you are requested to supply as early as possible.
- Payment will be made within 14 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
- Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
