  • Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Ordered quantity to be delivered  by 7 days for the issue of the P.O. However you are requested to supply as early as possible.
  • Ordered kits to be deliverd at desginated Warehouse of NHM,Assam in New Delhi.
  • Payment will be made within 2 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
