Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Supply of full ordered quantity to be completed by 7 days from the issue of the P.O. However you are requested to supply as early as possible.
  • Ordered kits to be delivered at Assam Bhawan/Assam House,New Delhi.
  • Payment will be released  within 2 day's from date of receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bills and receipted chalans (in triplicate) with stock entry details of obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
  • Any dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the court within the Guwahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
