Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Supply of 3000 Numbers of Kit to be completed by 12.04.2020, supply of 3000 numbers of kits to be completed by 16.04.2020 & Supply of rest 4000 numbers of Kits to be completed by 19.04.2020. However you are requested to supply as early as possible.
  • Payment will be released  within 2 day's from date of receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bills and receipted chalans (in triplicate) with stock entry details of obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
  • Any dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the court within the Guwahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
