• Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

• Full ordered quantity should by supplied by 2 days from the placement of order. Drugs should be delivered in NHM, SHQ, Store, Narengi, Guwahati.
• Supplied drugs must be WHO-GMP standard.
• Payment will be made within 3 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
• Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
