Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Supply of 50 % ordered quantitties to be completed by 7 days from the date of issue of this PO and rest 50% to be completed by next 7 days. However you are requested to supply as early as possible.
  • Payment will be released  within 2day's from date of receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bills and receipted chalans (in triplicate) with stock entery details of obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
  • Any dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the court within the Guwahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
