Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Full ordered quantity of orderd item must be delivered by 2 days at NHM, SHQ, Store,Narengi,Guwahati from the date of issue of the purchase order.  
  • Payment will be made within 3 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
