Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -
- Supply Should be completed within 2 days from the date of issue of this PO.However you are requested to supply as erly as possible.
- Ordered items should be delivered at FAAMCH,JMCH & GMCH,Guwhati.
- Payment will be made within 2 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
- 5% discount should be given againt total bill value as mentioned in the quotation.
- Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
