Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -
- The total order value will be Rs.87,43,840.00 (Eighty Seven Lakh fourty three thousend eight hundred fourty only)
- Supply should be completed within 7 days from the date of issue of this PO.However you are requested to supply as early as possible.
- Payment will be released within 2day's from date of receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bills and receipted chalans (in triplicate) with stock entery details of obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
- Any dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the court within the Guwahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
- Information for installation will be intmate after delivery.
- Freight/Courier Services charges will be additional as actual.
