Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Supply of 50000 nos of "Medical Disposable Protective Clothing: Complete Set" should be completed within 7 days from the date of issing of the supply order and supply of balance 50000 nos of the same  should be completed by next 5 days.  
  • Payment will be made within 2 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
