Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -
- The total order value will be Rs.12,456,400.00 (One crore twenty four lakh fifety six thousend four hundred only)
- Supply should be completed within 7 days from the date of issue of this PO.However you are requested to supply as early as possible.
- Payment terms will be 100% within 30days from date of receipt and acceptance.Full payment shall be made after succesfull completion of supply of entire ordered quantity and against submission of bills and receipted chalans.
- Any dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the court within the Guwahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
- Information for installation will be intmate after delivery.
