Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

 

  • The total order value will be Rs.95,10,800.00 (Ninety Five lakh ten thousend Eight hundred only)
  • Supply should be completed within 2 days from the date of issue of this PO.However you are requested to supply as early as possible.
  • Payment will be released  within 2day's from date of receipt and acceptance against submission of bills and receipted chalans.
  • Any dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the court within the Guwahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
