Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

 

  • The total order value will be Rs.2,58,00,000.00 (Rupees Two Corer fifety eight lakh Only)
  • Supply Should be completed within 3 days from the date of issue of this PO.However you are requested to supply as erly as possible.
  • Payment terms will be 100% within 30 days from date of receipt and acceptance.Full payment shall be made after successful completion of supply of entire ordered quantity and against submission of bill and receipt challans.
  • Ordered items should be delivered at NHM, SHQ, Store, Narengi, Guwahati.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
