Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • 30% ordered quantity may be given within best possible time preferably by next 2 days from the date of order.
  • Next 30% may be given by next 2 days or earlier.
  • Rest 40% may be given by next 3 days or earlier.
  • Payment will be made within 30 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
