Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • 50% ordered quantity to be supplied  by 7 days and rest 50% quantity to be supplied by next 7 days from the placement of order. Ordered items should be delivered at NHM, SHQ, Store, Narengi, Guwahati.
  • The supplier have to submit an undertaking that the quoted rate of the item sholuld not be higher than the quoted rate to any other organization on the date of supply.      
  • Payment will be made within 30 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
