Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Supply should be completed by 7 days from the placement of order at NHM, SHQ, Store, Narengi, Guwahati.
  • Supplied drugs must be manufacturered by WHO-GMP certified company.
  • Payment will be made within 30 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
