Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • 15% ordered quantity to be supplied  by 7 days and supply of rest quantity to be completerd by next  28 days from the placement of order. Ordered items should be delivered at NHM, SHQ, Store, Narengi, Guwahati.
  • Payment will be made within 30 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority.
  • Transportation cost as actual.
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
