With reference to above, we are pleased to place this order for supply  of Electronic BP Machine as per “DETAILS OF ITEM & PRICE” and “TERMS & CONDITIONS” stated herein below:

  • The total order value will be Rs.53,948.16 (Rupees Fifty three thousand Nine hundred Forty Eight and paise sixteen  only)
  • Supply should complete within 60 days from date of receipt of the Purchase Order. However, all efforts should be made to deliver and install the items at the earliest.
  • Payment terms will be 100 % within 30 days from date of receipt and acceptance. Full payment shall be made after successful completion of supply of the entire ordered quantity and against submission of bills and receipted challans bearing stock entry details.
  • In case there is delay in delivery beyond the stipulated period as indicated in the delivery schedule, there shall be reduction in price @ 0.5% of the value of delayed goods per week of delay or part thereof subject to a maximum of 10% of the total order value.
  • You shall be required to submit Security Deposit of 5 % of the order value in the form of bank guarantee from any Indian nationalized bank valid for the entire warranty period of the item. However, if you fail to execute the order or to perform the services as per agreement, in addition to other penal actions, the bank guarantee shall be encashed and the amount forfeited.
  • All the terms and conditions of the above referred tender and the contract Agreement dated:-30/08/2018 will be applicable.
