Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -
A Bank Guarantee of Rs. 81,844- (Rupees Eighty one thousand Eight Hundred Fourty four only) for the Item having validity not less than one year as security deposit is to be submitted within 7 days from the date of order placed.
Delivery: The supply order should be delivered within 31 days from the date of purchase order. The item should be delivered at NHM District warehouse.
Penalty:
- In case there is delay in delivery beyond the stipulated period as mentioned in the purchase order, there shall be penal deduction @ 0.5 per cent of the value of the delayed goods per week of delay or part thereof subject to a maximum of 10 per cent of the total order value.
- Once the maximum price reduction is reached, termination of the contract may be considered. Non-compliance of the contract provisions shall make the successful bidder liable to be disqualified to participate in any tender for the next 5 years, in addition to forfeiture of Security Deposit and other penal actions.
All other Terms & Conditions as specified in the TENDER NO: NHM/IEC-BCC/Tender/EOI/2016-17/2973/22219, DATE:-07-11-2017 shall be applicable.
